    I acknowledge that my warranty claim will be subject to review and a possible inspection (if necessary) by Windows Doors and More Representatives before a decision is made.(Required)
    If an inspection is necessary, I acknowledge that I will be required to pay a service fee of $150. If the technician determines that the issue is a result of faulty installation by Windows Doors & More within 1 year from the completed install date, the service fee will be waived.(Required)
